pragatiwf.org.in is an online Service Provider site or an online platform in which we provide the users with certain services like appliance repair services. This document defines the terms and conditions of our company's services that one should keep in mind while visiting our site.

• pragatiwf is not authorized customer care or service center of any brand. We are working only as a service provider for multibrand appliances. kindly read this line carefully before calling or submitting details.

•  In case we need to notify you of something else related to the services or wish to make changes in the terms and condition then we have the right to update it as well but to see the updated content you need to check it periodically by yourself as we do not provide any notice to any customer of ours before making any changes.

• If you have visited our site, booked services, or have the registration with us then you are bound to agree with these terms and conditions.

• In case you don't agree with any of our terms and condition then don’t register yourself with us as in future if you face any problem related to our services then we are not responsible for that and we can’t be held liable for such inconvenience.

• the deposited money of technicians won't be refunded in any case and if technicians do any wrong deed and fraud his ID will be blocked and he won't be provided any further leads. 

• The reviews and ideas about the services, contents are expressed by its users and hence pragatiwf is not responsible in any way for the reviews as our platform allows users to express their views about the different services of ours.

• pragatiwf always keeps the customers and technician's personal details such as addresses, phone numbers, etc safe with us and no third person have permission to access them without the consent of the company owner.

• Our working practices are designed to ensure that we obey all applicable health and safety regulations.

• All requests to amend or cancel bookings must be done to our office via the phone number but not by the person who has gone to your home to render service.

• Please make sure that access is provided correctly otherwise we are obliged to charge you

• Company doesn't take any responsibility in case of any fraudulent with services therefore, it's customer's responsibility to make sure that they are provided the best service and after the perfect execution of their service, they should make any payment to technicians or service provider who has visited their house to render the service. 

 

     LIMITS ON LIABILITIES.

• WE WORK SEDULOUSLY TO PROVIDE THE BEST SERVICES WE CAN AND TO SPECIFY CLEAR GUIDELINES FOR EVERYONE WHO USES THEM. OUR SERVICES, HOWEVER, ARE PROVIDED “ AS IS”, AND WE TAKE NO GUARANTEES THAT THEY ALWAYS WILL BE SAFE, SECURE, AND ALL OUR SERVICES WILL BE PROVIDED WITHOUT DISRUPTIONS, DELAYS, OR IMPERFECTIONS. WE DO NOT DIRECT OR CONTROL WHAT OTHER PEOPLE DO OR SAY, AND WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS OR CONDUCT ( WHETHER ONLINE OR OFFLINE ) OR ANY CONTENT THEY SHARE (INCLUDING OFFENSIVE, INAPPROPRIATE, OBSCENE, UNLAWFUL, AND OTHER OBJECTIONABLE CONTENT).

Registration fee -> ₹ 1,000 /-

 

2. BALANCE CRITERIA

 

0 - 1,000 -> 1 work

 

1,001 - 3,000 -> 2 work

 

3,001- 5,000 -> 4 work

 

Above 5,001 -> Unlimited

 

3. REFUND CRITERIA

 

0 - 2,000 -> 1 Lead

 

2,001 - 5,000 -> 2 Leads

 

Above 5,001 -> 3 Leads

 

3. OTHER CRITERIA

 

•You are eligible to allow work as per rules of your balance criteria.

 

•We are highly recommended to get a 5-star review on your profile from consumer to boost your ratio.

 

•As per company norms rate list may be revised from 1st march every year according to market situation rates may increase or decrease in various categories.Rules are valid for each and every service partner from anytime of registration with company.

 

•You can apply for refund only within 60 mins after accept the lead.

 

•Our Refund policy is subjected to checks and verify the all calls/Leads via our team. We never insure about 100% refunded and can reuse the leads when we feed required. It takes generally 3 working days to cashback in you wallet.

 

•Wallet amount is not refundable but transferable from one zini wallet to another wallet account.

 

•We believes in speed, so we suggest to you allot only that work which you can do as soon as possible.

 

•Manual Payment(Cash/Deposit) will take 4-5 working days to credit in your mobile application/ wallet amount.so we suggest to all, for fast credit/process, please credit your money directly from the mobile application.

 

•We provides only business leads, after accept the leads company have no amount refund policy at any conditions.
